Welcome to another month of our little blog hop over at Two Peas in a Bucket. It’s just a chance for us Garden Girls (the design team) to share a little bit about what we’re working on and what’s inspiring us this month. You’ve probably come over from Jen Gallacher’s blog or the Two Peas blog… or maybe you’ve just wandered over on your own. Regardless of how you got here… welcome. :)
Here’s a peek at a layout going up in the Garden for the next monthly theme.

I need a banner for “recently” too…![]()
A couple of days ago I had a new Project Life video go up, as well as a blog post on how I organize my photos for Project Life.

For this week’s video I decided to work on the other side of the album where my Florida vacation photos would be. So it’s another one page spread this time.
This month was a little more crazy than normal so I’m taking you on an video adventure without a voiceover… just to prove how dorky I am! LOL.

Note: The printables I used in my spread will only be available this month. So, grab them while you can. :)

As usual, there’s a lot of great stuff in the gallery right now. Here’s a few of my favorites.

1. Janna Werner 2. Magnette 3. Stephanie Bryan

I’ve loved October Afternoon for a long time. And their new line, Travel Girl, doesn’t disappoint. So it’s no surprise that my top 10 picks for the month will be overwhelmingly October Afternoon related.
And huge props to Two Peas for carrying my most favorite white cardstock ever too!!!
I don’t have a fancy banner for this… but I have a giveaway for you all this month… the newest Two Peas workshop… Tool School.

We all have them: punches, die cut machines, die cut shapes, and even our most basic tools. And while some of these tools get more use than others, some get completely neglected. Garden Girl Jen Gallacher comes to the rescue with this workshop designed to help you use your tools in creative new ways.
The “Tool School” workshop includes over 100 creative ideas for using your tools. Some basic knowledge of how to use a digital die cut machine, a manual die cut machine, and paper punching are required.
In addition to the 37 page PDF, Jen has incorporated many of the techniques in each chapter video (120 minutes of video!). Learn how to die cut a shape from Washi Tape. Punch and layer two of the same photo. Hand stitch an embossed pattern. Or staple ribbon to your page. There are so many techniques to choose from! Each video also includes a full start-to-finish layout so you can see how Jen approaches designing with tools into her design process.
Whether you’re looking to purchase and use new tools, or whether you’re looking to stretch your tool supplies even further, this fun and exciting workshop will give you plenty of ideas to choose from. Lessons can be completed at your own pace. A private message board forum is also available to ask questions of both Jen and to connect with other participants.
As always, if you’ve already purchased this workshop you’ll be refunded your class fee or you can give your spot to a friend. Just leave me a comment and I’ll draw a winner next Wednesday. Good luck. :)
Now head on over to Jill’s blog and see what’s up.
